We actually don't have the elevator and our rooms are located at the second and third floor, however we of the staff always carry the lugagges of our guest.

I’m in Rome and heading to the airport at 5:30PM tomorrow 8 July for a 12PM flight. Could I rent a room for an early checkin at 9AM leaving at 5:30PM?

Hello, Thank you for writing. Unfortunately, the early check-in at 9AM, won't be possible, as the guests check out at 11AM, and we do usually provide the rooms ready from 14:00. While for the check-out today at 5:30PM, there is no problem.

Our flight gets in at Ciampino airport at 4.15pm - not sure how long it will take to collect luggage and head to the guesthouse - can you accomodate a later check in than 5.30 PM - could be a little bit later. We would come straight there.

Hello, yes you can leave the luggages. Usually we do the check-in upon arrival and leave you the keycards, even if the room is not ready yet, so that you can return anytime. Yes, we do offer a transfer service, which cost is 55euros. Regards

We don't have a lift, however our staff will always (during the reception time) bring up your lugagges.

What would you highlight about AD Suites Tritone
For the price and location and helpfulness of staff would stay here again if on a short city break.
The location of the AD Suites was excellent. It was within walking distance to the main attractions and shopping and restaurants were on the doorstep. The property was competitive in price when comparing against other Rome properties in peak summertime. The room was small but as we were only staying a couple of nights as our main aim was to explore the city it met our needs. The air conditioning worked well and maintained a cool room. The staff were excellent and recommended places to eat and visit and supplied a helpful map. There is communal coffee in reception and use of fridge and washing facilities.
We had difficulty locating the suites despite having google maps open (had to ask locals). A large sign would be helpful outside the main door (we found it eventually on the intercom - sign of AD Suites). The property does have a student / hostel feel (in fairness it does advertise as a guest house) and although was not noisy, was on occasion you could hear other rooms - not fully sound proof rooms. I would have preferred coffee making facility in the room as I had to get ready in the morning to go out in reception to get my morning coffee. Hot water when showering was not consistent and did go off a couple of times. AD suites does not have a lift so had to carry heavy cases up many flights of stairs.

Friendly and welcoming staff (many valuable tips were provided on where to go for lunch/ dinner, and which sights are especially worth visiting), comfortable room, good location in the center (but still silent), excellent daily room service, fair price

Excellent stay. Great staff. Very helpful. Great location. Great facilities.
Location was fantastic. Short walk to trevi / lots of restaurants/ shops close by.
The room we were in didn’t get wifi reception. The foyer was fine though. This was not a huge problem for us.
